HVAC Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HVAC Technician located in or around Minneapolis, MN. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for performing HVAC installations, maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial HVAC systems. 

Respond to customer service calls by inspecting problem areas and accurately diagnosing the problem; provides solution and estimate for service and closes the job. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in HVAC
  • Experience with maintenance and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED required

Sewer & Drain Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sewer and Drain Technician located in or around Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you utilize your knowledge of drain lines and effectively install and repair drain systems in a timely fashion. You take great pride in your work and make customers extremely happy. 

You will work with homeowners to ensure that their equipment is what they anticipated. Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and solutions. Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes interior and exterior of structures. Diagnose sewer problems and work to resolve any issues. Locate and repair drain lines and remove clogs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Sewer/Drain cleaning or install experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of sewer/drain systems and repair methods
  • Proficiency using drain cleaning tools
  • Ability to ensure accurate manufacturer’s specifications are met
  • Understands and follows state regulations
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand and kneel for extended periods of time.

Role Description

The ideal candidate will have an up-to-date understanding of the latest techniques and equipment in the field. In keeping with our mission to provide excellent service at competitive prices to our customers, we are interested in hiring a resourceful and responsible individual who can work well individually and on a team. 

This individual will have 1+ years of residential plumbing experience. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and punctuality are required for this position. Company vehicle provided.

This is a full-time role for a Plumbing Installer located in or around Minneapolis, MN. The Plumbing Installer has an exceptional ability to install and repair. In this role, you utilize your robust knowledge of plumbing and effectively install plumbing equipment in a timely fashion. 

You take great pride in your work and make customers extremely happy. You will work with homeowners to ensure that their equipment is what they anticipated. Provide a liaison between Plumbing Sales and the customer, if needed. Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and solutions. 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of plumbing install experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of plumbing
  • Ability to ensure accurate manufacturer’s specifications are met
  • Determine materials needed for each new project
  • Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures
  • Install and/or repair household appliances like dishwashers, water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.
  • Diagnose plumbing problems and work to resolve any issues
  • Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficiency using plumbing tools, materials and equipment
